License fees at Dubai Science Park start at approximately AED 15,000 for a professional license. Commercial and industrial license packages are priced higher based on activity scope. Office space options range from co-working desks to full laboratory and office suites, with rates varying by size and specification. Visa allocation costs are additional.
Setup Process
The setup process at DSP follows the standard TECOM framework. Applicants register through the TECOM portal, select their business activity, reserve a trade name, submit incorporation documents, choose office or laboratory space, and complete visa and immigration procedures. Processing typically takes five to ten business days depending on activity complexity.

DSP provides 100 percent foreign ownership, zero percent corporate and personal income tax for qualifying free zone activities, full capital and profit repatriation, and access to a dedicated scientific community.
