An integrated and technologically advanced infrastructure. A secure and advanced physical infrastructure seamlessly connecting people, goods, and services, and cutting-edge digital infrastructure to capture future opportunities.

Targets include Top 5 in global competitiveness, achieving a smart government digital transformation benchmark, and maintaining the highest safety and security ratings internationally.
