Dubai Now consolidates services from multiple government departments into one streamlined experience.

The app integrates services from entities including the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Police, and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA). Users can pay utility bills, renew vehicle registrations, check visa status, and access medical records without visiting physical service centres.
